Classes and workshops may include standing, moving, walking forms as well as seated healing meditation sessions. Practices can be adapted to the individual’s level of mobility. Wear comfortable clothes and well-fitted shoes. Specific to Tao Yin, bring a mat or blanket to lie on. No experience required, unless a pre-requisite is specified.
